I started coming to the Y for Tai-Chi to help with my balance issues. From the first class I knew I cam to the right place. Susan, our instructor, makes it fun and I have learned to be more aware of my surroundings and use the Tai-Chi principals in my everyday life. I’m happy to say I haven’t fallen once since I started Tai-Chi! y goal was to be able to stand on one leg. I can say I can do it without tipping. I’m excited to continue my journey with Tai-Chi. I would encourage anyone with balance or falling issues to come and see for yourself the benefits of Tai-Chi.
