The Richard G. Snyder YMCA Campus announces the departure of CEO & Executive Director Jack Clevesy. Clevesy had been the CEO & Executive Director since September 2016. Clevesy’s resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors on Monday June 3rd.
Andy Bradigan, Chief Volunteer Officer of the 16-member Board of Directors states, “We are grateful for the leadership Jack provided over the past 2 ½ years. Along with the Y staff, they created a vision for the future of the Y, and we are in a great place today. We will continue to work to fulfill that vision of creating a strong and vibrant Y for our community. We wish Jack and his wife Andrea the best during this transition.”
Continuing the vision for the Y is something that interim CEO, Brad Graham is honored and excited to be doing. “I have a deep passion for the Y and look forward to leading this organization in the short term,” he said. “I will continue to fulfill the mission of the Y along with the amazing staff as the search for the new CEO takes place.”
Graham started his career with the Y in 2017. Graham was born and raised in Armstrong County and attended Kittanning High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College. He received an MBA from The American InterContinental University.
The Y organization in Armstrong County began nearly 150 years ago in 1867 and belongs to the national Y organization. In 2012, the Richard G. Snyder YMCA Campus opened its doors in a new 27,000 sq. ft., 6.2-million-dollar facility on Water Street in Kittanning, beginning an exciting new chapter in the local organization’s history. The RGS Y is committed to strengthening the Armstrong County and surrounding communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
