Youth Sports

Participating in youth sports programs offers numerous benefits and positive outcomes for children and adolescents. Physical health, social development, character building, self-confidence, healthy competition and family engagement can be learned by playing a youth sport.

Day Camp

YMCA day camps offer a fun and enriching experience that promotes personal growth, social interaction, skill development, and outdoor exploration. Campers create lasting memories, form meaningful friendships, and develop the confidence and resilience they need to thrive in all areas of their lives.

Health & Wellness

From cardio classes to water fitness, to personal training to chronic disease classes, here at the RGS YMCA we have it all.

Aquatics

Here at the YMCA, a wide variety of aquatic programs are offered to meet the needs of swimmers of all ages and abilities. Swim lessons, swim teams, lifeguarding certification and exercise classes are held in our year-round pools.

Adaptive

The Y promotes and provides access to healthy lifestyles for all children and adults, including those with disabilities. Through positive recreational experiences, we emphasize each person’s abilities and individuality and help participants build social skills. Kids and adults in our adaptive programs will work toward a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Adult Sports

From basketball, to pickleball, and either simulated golf, we offer a range of fun, healthy activities for all adult ages. Whether you miss your days playing intramural sports or are just looking for a little friendly competition, our adult sports allow you to enjoy a sport you’ve always loved or try a new one.
