Chronic disease classes play a vital role in empowering individuals to take control of their health, manage their conditions effectively, and improve their overall quality of life. By equipping participants with knowledge, skills, and support, these programs contribute to better health outcomes and reduce the burden of chronic diseases on individuals, families, and communities. The RGS YMCA has Delay the Disease (Parkinson’s) class currently running.
