Group Fitness Classes

Healthy Living Initiatives Classes

Parkinson’s Disease Program: Over 1 million people in the U.S. live with Parkinson’s Disease, with approximately 60,000 Americans diagnosed each year. Many people are able to reduce or delay symptoms of the disease through regular exercise and therapy.

Senior Fitness Programs

Other specialized fitness programs tailored to the needs and interests of older adults. These programs may include low-impact exercise classes, balance and flexibility training, senior yoga, and SilverSneakers® classes.
